• DHL International Express service for AUD $50.00. Delivery is within 5-10 days
Our international delivery terms are DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). This means that product prices are exclusive of all taxes and duties and, as the recipient, you as the customer are liable for any/all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Please note, Lover will not cover these expenses, and payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. As each country's customs are different we cannot foresee or quote taxes and duties for our customers. It is also important that you are aware that the duties and taxes are non- refundable if you choose to return this piece.
Lover is not liable for any loss or damage in transit or late delivery by DHL.
Compensation for loss or damage in the course of carriage is at the discretion of DHL, however you may pay for extra insurance to be added to your order – please contact Lover to enquire.
Upon dispatch, you will be provided with a shipment notification and tracking information. Please notify the customer service team if you have not received this information within a reasonable time frame.
• Deliveries are sent during business hours between Monday and Friday.
• Purchases made on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• All deliveries must be signed for. Please ensure your delivery address is attended. We recommend providing a business address where possible, or where someone will be able to sign for the delivery between 9am and 5pm. Australia Post Express service will be used to deliver to PO Boxes.
Returns & Exchanges.
• Please note, the returns policy outlined below is applicable to purchases made online only. Please contact your closest boutique for our in store returns policy.
• We happily accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of your order being received. This is provided that the garment is in the original condition as sent. The product must not be worn, altered or washed and the original tags must still be attached.
• Before any action to return an order, you must contact Lover for approval of the return. Lover will then issue you with a Return Authorisation Number (RAN). Items will not be accepted back for return if a RAN is not issued. Please contact via email or phone.
• For all lingerie the protective hygiene strip must remain in place, returns will not be accepted if removed or altered.

• Once the items have been received they will undergo a quality review and once cleared, you will either receive your new items (for exchanges), or refund on the cost at purchase (excluding original shipping cost) directly to the credit card used for the purchase. You will receive email notification of this.
• In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty or damaged please contact us immediately via email or phone and we will organise a replacement for you. If a replacement is unavailable you may choose another suitable item. If an item is faulty and there is no suitable replacement you may be refunded.
• For items that are on sale, we are happy to accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of your order being received. This is provided that the garment is in the original condition as sent. The product must not be worn, altered or washed and the original tags must still be attached.
• For items that are FINAL SALE - Please choose carefully. We do not offer returns (exchanges, refunds or credit notes) on these marked items, unless the item is deemed faulty.
• Customers can only pay by credit card using our secure checkout. MasterCard and Visa are accepted.
• Note that all product prices indicated and payments made on this site are in Australian Dollar (AUD). All prices include GST.
• Lover does not collect or record any credit card details you may provide when purchasing products from the loverthelabel.com website.
• Your credit card details are processed via Shopify Payments.
• Lover understands that your privacy is important and ensures that information provided by you is collected and held in accordance with relevant Australian privacy law.
• We make all reasonable efforts to ensure that information is stored securely both in electronic and physical form.
• Any information that we no longer require is destroyed.
• Personal information including your name, address, telephone number and email address will not be released, sold or rented to any entities or individuals outside of Lover.
