At this stage we only ship within Australia via our Online Store. We do offer international shipping via email.
Shipping options within Australia.
• Express Post for A$10.00, delivery is approximated within 1-3 days
• Platinum Express Post for A$20.00, delivery is guaranteed for next day. Remote locations do incur an additional 1-2 days with both services.
• Collect from our Flagship Boutique in Sydney- Level 1, Shop 69-71, 412-414 George St, Sydney, NSW. This is subject to availability and store hours. Upon receiving your order Lover will confirm with you once your order is at the Flagship Boutique. Shipping Policies
• Deliveries are sent during business hours between Monday and Friday. Purchases made on Saturday and, Sunday and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• Express Post is a next day delivery service, which grants us an 'authority to leave' when placing your order. If you proceed with placing an order, you have agreed and understand that this authority gives us and our couriers permission to leave your parcel at an unattended premises.
• Please be advised that Express Post is not considered registered post. Lost and stolen postage is not covered by insurance. Lover and our couriers are released of all responsibility and liability for parcels delivered and left unattended at the provided address.
Return. Exchange.
• We happily accept returns and exchanges if the garment is in the original condition as sent. The product must not be worn, altered or washed.
• It is imperative that Lover is notified of any return within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Before any action to return an order, you must contact Lover for approval of the return. Lover will then issue you with a Return Authorisation Number (RAN). Items will not be accepted back for return if a RAN is not issued. Please contact via email or phone.
• For all swimwear the protective hygiene strip must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered.

• Once the items have been received they will undergo a quality review and once cleared, you will either receive your new items (for exchanges), or refund on the cost at purchase (excluding original shipping cost) directly to the credit card used for the purchase. You will receive email notification of this.
• In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty or demaged please contact us within immediately via email or phone and we will organise a replacement for you. If a replacement is unavailable you may choose another suitable item. If an item is faulty and there is no suitable replacement you may be refunded.
Payment Method.
• Customers can only pay by credit card using our secure checkout. All major credit cards are accepted.
• Note that all product prices indicated and payments made on this site are in Australian Dollar currency. All prices include GST.
Privacy.
• Lover understands that your privacy is important and ensures that information provided by you is collected and held in accordance with relevant Australian privacy law.
• We make all reasonable efforts to ensure that information is stored securely both in electronic and physical form.
• Any information that we no longer require is destroyed.
• Personal information including your name, address, telephone number and email address will not be released, sold or rented to any entities or individuals outside of Lover Clothing Pty Ltd.
• Lover Clothing Pty Ltd. does not collect or record any credit card details you may provide when purchasing products from the loverthelabel.com website.
• Your credit card details are processed by National Australia Bank, which is linked to our banks merchant account.
• As required by law, you may "opt-out" from direct marketing material that Lover may send.
